Our products are handmade in Poland.
How do I redeem my promo code?
You can enter your promo code during the payment step of the checkout process. If you're having trouble getting a promo code to work, you can always check with our Customer Service team before placing your order — they'll be happy to check to make sure it's still valid. (P.S. Only one promo code per order, please.)
I placed an order. Can I cancel?
If you change your mind about an item or an order, please contact our Customer Service team directly. We are able to cancel orders as long as the items have not shipped — however, items that are customized or made-to-order may be subject to special approval.

What is the processing time?
After we received the payment, please allow 5 – 7 working days to process your shipment. We will inform the tracking numbers through e-mail afterwards. Yes, we know it is long time but on beginning our shop all bags are made to order with great precision and attention to detail. Really worth to wait for a wonderful bag.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Orders'.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
It usually takes 7 – 10 working days for the couriers to deliver the products. If it takes longer than usual, please inform us for further help on tracking the products. Also, please note that the custom clearance lead time may varied depend on each Country’s Policy.
Why I did receive a bill for duties/taxes/fees?
Some international shipments may require duties, taxes, and customs fees. Please note that the shipping charges on our website do not include these fees, and we have no control over these fees. We recommend that you contact your local customs office before shipping internationally for additional information on any additional fees that may be levied by your country.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx). We do not accept payments by carrier pigeon.

Email us at email@example.com, and we'll do everything we can to get things squared away quickly and painlessly. Plus, sometimes we tell jokes.
What if the product is faulty?
For a swift resolution, please email us photos of the product. Please send all images to firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include a description of the fault and the circumstances under which it occurred. We will assess the situation and provide you with the most adequate solution.
